to A Grand Yarn—Spokane’s favorite destination for inspiring yarns, friendly
service, and supportive instruction. Whether you’ve never picked up needles or
you’re an experienced pro, we want A Grand Yarn to be a comfortable place for
you to shop, sit and knit, sharpen your skills, and meet fellow knitters.
With that in mind, we invite you to
join us for Good Morning Knitting every Tuesday morning from 10:30 am
- 12:00 pm or Saturday Stitches every Saturday from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. All skill levels, all
projects, all people are welcome.

Yarn of the Month
May's Yarn of the Month is ROWAN
CALMER
Rowan Calmer is one of our absolutely
most favorite soft yarns we carry! It is 80% cotton, 20% polyester
and knits up at a gauge of 5 1/4 to 5 3/4 sts per inch. The
polyester content gives it a much more flexile touch than pure cotton.
The yardage is quite good, with 175 yards on a 50 gram skein and we have
16 colors for you to choose from!
We currently have 2 models in the
store using calmer - our Chris Bylsma Solo Vest and a borrowed model
from Karen Alfke - her "All Eyes on You" wrap. Come in to see and
feel the softness!
The yarn of the month is 10% off all
month. This discount can be combined with the AGY Club discount.
