It's January 1st and that means a new year and a new session of SKI SCHOOL is beginning. This year, we are keeping it simple. For the months of January, February, and March we will introduce a new Knit Along project. Work on your project throughout the month, check in on our Ravelry group page (here) to see what other participants are working on, and post your finished object pictures at the end of the month! We will host drawings at the end of each month and have a give-a-way for participants who complete all three projects at the end of March! Join us for some fun winter projects and challenge yourself to perhaps learn a few new techniques along the way.
The project for January will help everyone warm up for the year by practicing their turns. The project is the Nalu Mitts by Leila Raabe. A free pattern download available on Ravelry (here) these fingerless mitts require a DK weight yarn. These gorgeous mitts are the perfect excuse to try that new indie yarn you've been wanting to try or a great way to use up a treasured stash yarn you've been saving. Grab the appropriate needles (a sz 3 US is suggested) and join us in SKI SCHOOL!
